Yearly RE/MAX Fee: $390
Monthly Associate Fee: $895
Amount of Monthly Associate Fee paid to RE/MAX International: $205
Initial Membership Fee: $1,000
RAPP (RE/MAX Alternative Payment Program):
The RAPP program allows the agent to pay his/her fees from commissions at a customized rate determined by the agent. Once the fees are paid for the year, the agent receives 100% of commissions. For example, the agent assigns 25% of each commission to go toward the Monthly Associate fees. By April, the agent has paid the total amount for the year with these 25% payments; therefore, the agent will receive 100% of his/her commissions for the remainder of the year.
